Phase I Partners
In 2005-2007 the ECHO DEPository was a partnership among the Library of Congress, the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and OCLC. Other project
partners included NCSA, Tufts University, Michigan State University, and
state libraries from Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, North Carolina, and
Wisconsin.
